~.:Course Reflective Narrative:.~
This course fulfilled the MLO 3 - Secondary Culture. I was definitely able to broaden my perspective and my history on learning about Mexicanos, which in turn is from my historical background. I will say that I not only learn so much from a perspective that is not so bias for America, yet seemed more truth of what the Mexican-Americans went through, I also learned about what they went through and how they conquered the hardships and cruelties bestowed upon them. However, there were at times that I felt that the readings and studies also may have seemed bias or in favor of the "suffering" race. Whether I learned about this history from the American's point of view or the Mexicans, I did learn that it takes a lot of suffering, pain and even many deaths to make freedom of what it is today, and that enough makes me very sad and want to change the future as much as I possible can contribute.
Evidence of Material within Course:
Assignments: Analysis 1_Analysis 2 / DCC 1_DCC 2
Papers: US/Mexican History_Chicano Movement(edu)
